螺旋溜槽

用途:
　　本设备适用于分选粒度0.3--0.02毫米细料的铁矿、钛铁矿、铬铁矿、硫铁矿、锆英石、金红石、独居石、磷乙矿、钨矿、锡矿、钽矿、铌矿以及具有比重差异的其他有色金属、稀有金属和非金属矿物体。本设备具有选别过程稳定、容易控制，给矿浓度允许变化范围大，富集比高、回收率高，占地面积小、耗水量少，结构简单，无需动力，处理量大，安装简易，操作方便，投资小 等优点。

使用方法及原理：
　　将螺旋溜槽立起，校准垂直线，用铁架或木头固定在合适的位置，由砂泵将矿砂送到螺旋上顶两个进料口处，加入补充水，调节矿桨浓度，矿桨自然从高往下旋流，在旋转的斜面流速中产生一种惯性的离心力，以矿砂的比重、粒度、形状上的差异，通过旋流的重力和离心力的作用，将矿与砂分开，精矿流入精矿斗用管道接出，尾砂流进尾砂斗用管道接到砂池，再用砂泵排走，完成了选矿的全过程。
